Thank you for choosing Bloom Collective as your wedding florist. This contract outlines the terms and conditions for our services.
1. Services Provided
Bloom Collective agrees to provide the wedding floral arrangements and decor as detailed in the proposal and quote provided. This includes, but is not limited to, bouquets, buttonholes, centerpieces, installations, and any other agreed-upon floral items.
2. Payment Schedule
As discussed a non-refundable deposit is due upon signing this contract to secure your wedding date.
The remaining balance 8 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in a delay or cancellation of services.
3. Condition of Florals on Delivery
Bloom Collective will ensure that all floral arrangements are delivered in optimal condition and true to the agreed-upon design and colour palette. We take utmost care in handling and transporting all florals. Upon delivery and setup, you or your designated representative will have the opportunity to review the arrangements. Any concerns regarding the condition or accuracy of the florals must be raised at the time of delivery or setup.
4. Seasonality and Flower Availability
While we strive to source specific flowers requested, the availability of certain blooms is subject to seasonal changes, weather conditions, and market supply. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value and similar aesthetic if a particular flower is unavailable. We will endeavour to communicate any significant substitutions with you in advance.
5. Rental Items and Props
Any non-floral items, such as vases, stands, arches, candles, or other decor props rented from Bloom Collective for your wedding are to be returned in their original condition within two (2) weeks following the wedding date (unless collection from venue by florist is agreed prior to the event.)
Props that are returned in a damaged condition will result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
6. Changes and Cancellations:
Any changes to the floral order must be submitted via email by 8 weeks prior to the wedding date.
In the event of a cancellation by the client, the initial deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of the wedding date, the full balance will be due.
7. Force Majeure
Bloom Collective shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this contract if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited extreme weather, strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics.
8. Liability
Bloom Collective is not responsible for damage to florals or rental items caused by guests, venue staff, or other vendors once arrangements have been set up at the venue.
9. Agreement
